Picked this up locally a few months ago, I have yet to see another like it. There is a motor in it that allows it to rotate. The one side is intentionally left blank to put your business name on it or whatever you wish. I replaced the inside small bulbs with red LEDs, looks quite nice. Measures 20" high.
I have one also and have seen one on yutube. That makes three.
