This lovely art nouveau brass box with a horse relief is one of my favourites.
Polished brass outside and wood inside.
It was manufactured by WMF (Wuertembergische Metallwarenfabrik) Geislingen in Germany, c. 1910.
Looks like a horse I had that I naturally named Mr. Ed.
