Appears old and handblown. I can find no markings on it. It is basically a glass bowl with 3 cigar/cigarette rests. It is about 8 inches across and around three inches tall.
I found a similar style by Erickson,

but this one does not have the bubbles like a lot of his work. Any help identifying would be appreciated.
