I inherited these from a great grandmother. She had them a long time and my step mom said that she remembered playing with them as a kid. I am not sure but I think these might have been something that you would win at those little mobile fairs that would move around. Would love to know more about them.
Do they have corks or holes underneath?
No... I thought so to but not at all.
