Bought this thing at a sale on the weekend and have no idea what it is. It is made of metal. You twist the top and it opens up. Thought it might used for blowing up a football. I guess it would need a pump and the little spike things would go it the ball, then the pump would push air into the spikes. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks.
