    I really love the nakanosawa kokeshi...I have a great love of abstract and absurd art forms so these fit into that asthetic for me...Love the detail on back...Again...no idea who the artist is...Cheers

      The signature is a bit blurry but it looks like it could be a match to Haruo Sanpei. If it is him he was born in 1929 and his master was Iwamoto Yoshizo he was located in Fukushima and may have created some Kokeshi that looked more like Tsuchiyu than Nakanosawa. This was common as Nakanosawa Kokeshi are a sub-strain of Tsuchiyu,

      That makes sense when I compare this one to the Iwamoto I have...so I'm thinking you are right again!!!
