This came out of an estate sale and appears to be very old and looks like it could be Chinese but I'm not an expert on old stuff like this. If anyone knows when and where this could have been made that would be very helpful.

IMO the stylising IS coming from the social -antroposophicals namely THE MAGICAL FLOWER DESIGN
Why are the minerals missing , it does, not sense are they pulling our leg , there is no way to make it consistent, i am outplayed - no talent
