This caught my eye at an auction. I love it but I have no idea what it is. I think it may be an old purse of some type. Its brass and black enamel. *"long. Lined with blue velvet. No makers mark. If you have any ideas..let me know. Thanks

These were and surely are still made in India, very trendy in the '70 with a chain as evening bags :-)
