DESCOWARE from Belgium

Descoware is one of my favorites to collect... although many confuse it with Le Creuset....
[Le Creuset did buy the rights and patents to Descoware in the late 1970's]

Descoware was the brand Julia Child regularly used on her cooking show in the 1960's. She praised it for the high quality and durability.

My Descoware enameled cookware is the "Flame" pattern of red to orange...
