    Picked this up at a garage sale-too bad not part of a pair! The base is very heavy. It stands about 4 1/2 feet tall. We use this when the power goes out :)

      Very nice, glad you like it.........I'd say it's a Hurricane lamp but I don't understand what your mystery is, you never ask any question?
