      Perhaps more pictures AND some dimensions would make it easier to help you. Is this in the USA ? Europe ?

      Looks like a "bain de siège" in french, roughly traducted as butt-tub!
      Doesn't seem beeing porcelain, rather enameled wrought iron/steel, with lion's paws feet, first part of 20th century.
      Usually encountered like this one, no faucets!

      I agree with the other size may help it looks to big for a baby bath but I do love the claw feet
