    31" high & about 18" wide
    This was in the barn, and I've not been able to find another like it.
    It is some sort of scale.
    My newest restoration project I think!

      Should have looked a little longer! It appears to be a Toledo butcher/meat scale. The example I found was pristine, and had a porcelain plate. I have my work cut out for me :)
