Hi, everyone. Hope all are well! I don't mean to be a stranger, but have found absolutely nothing to add so I thought it appropriate to repost my BB King jacket. My dad was a huge fan, but I only know a handful of songs. My favorite is the one he did with U2 - "when love comes to town" I truly believe this belonged to the man himself & was custom made for him, though I have had absolutely no luck proving it. I bought it in a vintage store here in Vegas with some of his tour jackets & there were about 6 rather large custom made in Hong Kong satin jackets exactly like those he wore. I sold the tour jackets, but decided to hold on to this as it's one of the more special things I've found & it's cool to have something that he may have worn, although it won't fit me. I'm glad he had a long life despite his illness & was still able to perform until recently.
I truly believe it is. Last week a seller on Ebay listed a rather dull black jacket, but it was embroidered on the inside "custom made for mr BB King" on the inside. It had the same Sheraton Hong Kong label as the jackets that were there when I purchased this and the other tour jackets. He did not sell his, didnt meet the reserve
