Something I have had in my toolbox for as long as I remember. I use it as a cleaner for tubing or things of that sort.
It is 7.5 in long, the handle is about .25 in diameter and the "curly" part is about 3/16 in and is expandable.
I am not sure what it's purpose is so any input would be cool.

I kinda thought so but it has been many many years since I'v seen valve stems that big. Come to think of it I did use it for that about 25 years ago.
I was going to say, "I don't know what the hell you have, but kind of like it" LOL!!
