Handtool of some sort, do not know what it is for, please help, driving us nuts! Friend found it cleaning out his dads house.

Gee--How could that stretch shoes? I know it shows it--but I can't figure out how that would work. Amazing--but then AGHCOLLECT is an amazing researcher! Nice going!

it is only to stretch small areas for bunions...
