All I can say about this cathedral is that it is a Lafayette cabinet with a variation of a DeWald K.A.F. chassis. It doesn't look like anything was done to it outside the factory. From doing some Internet digging I found that in 1933 the K.A.F. chassis had 5 variations: K.A.F.-1, K.A.F.-2, K.A.F.-400, K.A.F.-212 and K.A.F.-42. I'd like to find out more if anyone has any ideas on where to look.

Great looking radio. The cathedral style is my favorite.
