This little dish is signed, last name looks like Simedon. It's a rough signature, Could it be someone practicing in the art glass ?

I have some Kosta (Boda) pieces posted here to but not sure with your piece as it is pretty messy. So not sure IF someone (??) added it after -- or real?? signed piece. Looks like it -- but not sure. Wonder what others see it as -- or what the other word maybe
