I have a silver ,patent #.009 mechanical pencil which is inscribed in German" gift bought on board the airship Hindenburg". Made by the Norma pen co. .It has 4 colors ,extra leads are still inside top of barrel. Any knowledge of someone who can give me any info regarding L .t .a . memorabilia, any info will be greatly appreciated. thank you. A. Monzietti , new york Really nice piece.
The .0009 isn't actually a patent number. Also the Hindenburg crashed in 1937 and Norma went in business in 1939 and folded up in 1967. To help you research your pencil I will post this site. I happened to have once had a pencil of theirs and save my research site. Good Luck.
