/////R Solingen Germany 133 Stork Scissors - Who is /////R and the Number

Hello,

So I am trying to find out exactly who ////R is and what exactly the number means (133). I am not sure if that is the production number or some patent number.

The length of this these scissors is 4-1/4". I have Googled ////R and the closest thing I come up with is R. Klaas, but the stork scissors actually says Klaas on them. These are the only pair that has ////R with a number 133 on them. Any help is appreciated.
