This is s '60s Tonka truck! It's a little rough, but it actually doesn't look that bad. A little elbow grease could make this a heck of a display item. In non-rusted condition, it's a $100+ item easily. In its present condition, probably $30-$40ish. These are great collectibles and people would be falling over themselves to buy this if you were inclined to sell it.
