    THIS LITTLE TOOL WAS PICKED UP TODAY AT A FRIENDS RESALE SHOP FOR A $1.00. IT CAUGHT MY EYE AND THE WORKMANSHIP EXCELLENT. AS SEEN IT IS DATED JAN1901 PATENT DATE IS MAY 1890. JUST DON'T SEE THIS QUALITY OF WORKMANSHIP ANYMORE AND IT IS STILL FUNCTIONAL. MARKED W. SCHOLLHORN, NEW HAVEN CONNETICUT. LOOKS TO BE FOR LEATHER AND HEAVY MATERIALS.
