Another item i'd never seen before and bought "just because"
As you might tell from other posts, my collection of "stuff" ranges widely and I don't concentrate on just one thing. Perhaps one day I'll decide on a concentration of particular items but for now I just pick stuff that catches my eye When I saw this I wasn't sure if it was a bottle opener, or a gadget that puts bottle caps on bottles.

Yours is a bench top capper. The holes in the base are so you can mount it on a bench with screws or lags. Un marked about $15 or $20 at flea markets.
