Gardsman Fire Bell. 1930's ?

Vintage approx. 7 inch Gardsman wind-up fire bell. Manufactured by Consumer Engineering. Montreal. New in box with sealed instructions. Bell has flag to remind of the need to rewind. Boxed with vintage newspaper with old TWA airlines ad and Chevrolet ad. Paper has no date area remaining, so no exact age known, but Chevrolet ad states the truck comes with the new in engine valves. I was more fascinated with the newspaper and read all the news I could make out. Winding function works great and bell is very loud.
