I've had this painting for number of years and wanted to see if I could get more information. It is a Maritime scene. I am unsure of the medium does not appear to be oil or acrylic maybe an oil cray pas. The artists name looks to be in pencil and may be Harry or Henry Barus?? Any information would be most welcome. Thanks much.

Beautiful! It could be an original lithography signed by the artist.
Henry Barnoin, alias Henri Alphonse Barnoin, French painter 1882/1940.
