This may be one of the earliest talking birthday cards. The inside of the card has a strip of Plastic which you hold with your left had and use your right thumb nail to run over the rough edge of the plastic strip. The card sings out Happy Birthday, as it amplifies the sound generated by your thumb nail rubbing on the plastic strip.
Does anyone know where I can learn more about these cards?
