This is a model AJ659503. Can you grove me any information about where it was made, and age? It was my mothers, I learned to sew using it. During Holidays it doubled as a table for overflow guests!

I am thinking you posted the serial # instead of the model # and the serial number is much more helpful. If this is a Singer sewing machine....
It is a Model 66 made in 1950.
It was also made at the singer plant in Elizabeth, New Jersey 195 model 66 with Godzilla finish.
