    I got this at an auction was goin to use it but thread from bobbin keeps getting tangled looked for 3hrs on the Internet trying to find out information about this sewing machine and how to use it properly.
    Can anyone please help me out with this?

      I have this same machine. It was manufactured by Sanshin (Should be in the casting under your machine). It was imported into the US by Consew badged as Sewmor model 711. Manuals can be had for it by searching that model.

      I'm sure it was imported and badged many other names, such as your Universal and mine is badged Monmouth.
