Vintage Fishing Lures Creek Chub Paw Paw ??

Here are a pair of other vintage lures found in the tackle box one is a frog pattern opened Mouth wooden Lure I think might be from Creek Chub the other is shad with Scales colored pattern lure that has a weight inside that you can hear when you move or shack it and has 2 large Hooks at the end instead of Treble hooks maybe pawpaw or Arborrgast? I was hoping someone could help me ID them.
