Another item I purchased from the same person I got the 70's drinking glasses from today. I fell in love with the base of this lamp and the colours suit a painting I have in my lounge. I think its from the late 60's early 70's as I recall my grandmother having something similar in design on a magazine holder but I could be wrong with the years again.
I'm sure my olds had one of these. They were often home made although this one looks a bit better than that!
Yes I sort of recall my grandparents also having a tray that was made the same way and my mum had a red and white tray. I really like it for some reason.
