Abstract Art Plate

The colors in this art plate are awesome. The two sides are wonderful and makes it hard to properly display. It is the size of a standard table plate, but the exceptional art on this one makes it "NOT FOR EATING OFF". The front feels texture and cool to the touch. Wonderful, wonderful piece. The cloudy area on the back of the plate was there at time of purchase. Light soap and water did not remove. I dare not try anything stronger. It appears to be two separate places on one piece of clay/porcelain. I have not been able to identify the artist, but would appreciate knowing this person work. Thanks
