Does anyone know a) what this is, or b) what type of mark it is? I am thinking it is some kind of bracelet or cuff, but at the same time it is rather small. I am stumped, especially by the mark. Looks like 925, SILVER and "tsz"? Thanks for looking!
I think so too valentino, it is just very small. Maybe it is a child's bracelet.....idk.

Valentino is right, it's a napkin ring.
I thought that, but it is a large napkin ring, and very heavy.....But maybe it could be.
