Would like some help identifying approximate age of this small cup. It is hand painted and I found the base rather interesting. It is signed and would appreciate a translation of the marking. I am assuming it is a wine or tea cup. It measures 2 1/2" in height and 3" diameter. Any help is certainly appreciated.
