    I had this item for about 7 years just had it put away it looks quite old i think it minght be african or native american it is 6 inches tall if anybody would know anything about it i would appreciate it.what i like about it is the design and the old look

      Not Native American. I think it's Mexican. There were several versions of this style of pottery that appeared in decorator shops, etc., about 10-12 years ago. Colors varied, but all seemed to have this same style of handle attachment, where it comes off the lip of the pot.
