Help me identify the maker of these?

These were found with a Louis Marx 1959 "wide" Colonnade Tin Dollhouse, but they are not original to it. They are too large of a scale for the furniture, but this maybe gives a timeframe of original manufacture.

Baby is all rubber. Parents' torsos, hands, and feet are hard plastic while their heads are rubber. Parents' arms and legs are padded wire covered with the same material you see on the mom's arms and legs.

Dad measures 5" tall. Mom is 4.25" tall and baby is 1.75" long
