Anyone have any idea what this lamp would be called? Beautiful blue metal lamp.

Gorgeous blue greenish metal lamp(?) fits one candleabra bulb. Small hanging crystals around where bulb is. I have never seen anything like it. Been trying to google any images of another anything like it and none to be found. It was love at first sight. Found during a clean out in a cluttered (understatement- but rather not give a visual of where this poor things been). Please, anyone... Any information would be so appreciated! Thanks.
