Unusual raised inner framed print M Schumacher Fallon print in middle

I know nothing on this item just that it was well made, I have owned it for 20 yrs or so and bought from a second hand store for nothing hardly. If anyone knows a maker who did this type of work please let me know, I know it has age as I could see from the back before replacing it, it was no where new then. I have searched for stuff similar but never seen anything and I am out a lot looking for stuff. I don't know wether this was made by a lady who was artistic in her front room or if it was done by an artist. Either way I love this item it is one of my favourites just for the way I see it. It is in my hallway with other pictures I like. I probably have over 200 but this is 1/3 which I would find it hard to get rid of. I just love this print and the way the different raised levels stick out. Print M Schumacher Fallon
