Any ideas as to the age and style of this quilt?

I recently purchased this at an estate sale. It was marked "Turkey red quilt" $500 on its original tag. The quilt looks like it was never bound. The style seems Baltimore but the middle blobs on the tulips is not something I have seen before. The original colors look like red, green, and white/offwhite. Any ideas as to the age and if it's baltimore style? Thanks!
