Futon Chair- Anyone recognize the style? Manufacturer? Age?

I just found this beauty. It would be nice to know anything about this piece. I picked it up because I thought it was really cool. To me looks like Mid Century. No company markings on it that I can see. I need to clean it up. the arms are a single piece of bent wood. The sides are a woven rattan I think. Wish it had an ottoman to go with it. This chair lays flat like a futon. I will replace the cushion with something nice and probably tropical.

It would be nice to know anything about this chair. Style, age, Manufacturer. If anyone knows where I could get the ottoman too! Thanks!
