Antique wooden duck decoy motorised

bought this carved wooden duck decoy at an estate sale but they had no history as it been there in the shed for last 30-40 years.. has 2 motors and holds 2 d size batteries.. theres 2 shafts coming out bottom of decoy but only one prop wich stands to reason you dont want it going stright..looking for any info or if anyone would recongnise it and know who the maker might be...thank you.. its neat and i love it..
