I don't see anything rare about this mug at all. There's no way of telling how old it is. I'm sorry it just looks like a coffee/tea mug.
I assume that color is apple green. Mug looks like mugs made by Medalta from Medicine Hat, Alberta
Correction to above comment: mug is actually made by Hycroft which is name for same factory after ownership change.
