      All I can tell you is that it's an Ottoman design crossover ring. I lived in Turkey and saw many rings similar to yours. The stones are likely to be an emerald and a sapphire. The white stones may be zircons.

      Is the part by the stones gold colored? If so, then it's a 2kt gold layer on the silver.

      You're welcome. There is a Turkish silversmith whose name escapes me at the moment: Gezkin, Zegkin...I can't remember....arrrgh! I used to have some of his jewelry.
