This was found in the bottom of a box. I do know that it is a tobacco product. This clip was possibly mounted on a wall to hold tickets or something. The clip is 2 3/8"w x 2 1/2"l. The gold/brass color has been worn down where it was used constantly. I am looking for information about it.
