    Great little silver piece. Was wondering if anyone knew the maker?
    I don't know anything about this piece other than it caught my eye. The wheel actually does move

      The Dutch are known for this type of miniature work.
      The marks you show in the photos are not clear enough to make out the detail.
      Try and get a clearer image, if you can.
