Mondain Cologne and After Shave, Circa 1964

Does anyone have information on this bottle of Mondain Aftershave/Cologne? It's a 4 oz bottle that has HIS in raised letters on front of glass bottle. The back of the front label says it's manufactured and/or distributed by The House for Men, Inc., Chicago, Illinois, and appears to be from around 1964 or so.
