Hey everyone just found this old lock when cleaning out a family members old tools and was after any info I can get on it was thinking of trying to find a lock box now to put it on..

Interesting. I'm not familiar with your lock, but Union is a British lock manufacturer. They're still around, but your lock doesn't appear on their website. (uniononline.co.uk) Yours looks typical of many British padlocks. That style usually offers more security than most American pin tumbler locks.
