Any one have any idea who this clown is? or how rare it might be? It has the porcelain feet and hands. very very good shape no nicks cracks or anything on the porcelain. Any Info would be great.

He is from around 1980-90's and if artist made or by a company it should be signed on back of his neck , have you looked there ? He might represent Red Skelton character as a clown . Not rare ,here is one that sold
