Someone please help me with this fan!! I can find none like it or comparable to it. I think it is from the civil war era. I also think it is french. I KNOW it belonged to a very wealthy southern family and was passed down the line until it ended up at a sale and in my hands! :) the flowers are silk and the handle is wood that is painted. The back is signed depose. I know nothing else! Please help!!! Oh yes, it is quite large being 24 inches by 16 inches. thanks
i just bought this old 1900's fan it is a off white silk with wooden handle and on the fan part it has a blue bird with blue and pink flowers comming off a bine or branch of some sort just want to know how much it is worth
