Pin with pearls and possibly diamonds with blue stones set in. This was passed down to me and wondering about this pin if someone can give me more info on it.

Cultured pearls. The stones are not likely to be diamonds, but possibly aquamarines/zirconias. Not possible to accurately tell you about this brooch from one photo.
Are there any marks on the back?

Photos taken in natural light are much better - artificial light/flash is too reflective and not suitable for photographing jewelry. Please edit your post and add at least a photo of the reverse side.

Stamped sterling , what looks like 935 and w8, and I know that sterling is 925.
