Hi,
I was fortunate enough to inherit the lamp. I was told it was a whale oil burning lamp. I believe it was purchased in Maine in an antique store over 50 years ago. It has been converted to electric many years ago. The lamp was not altered to do this. I can't find another like it. I have no idea who manufactured it or even the age. Can anyone help me? All information is appreciated. Susie
