Pre Clovis Stone Tool

I found this at a river near My house , where a hill slid down onto the river thousands of years ago ,And about five foot up the bank of this Island is a band of white rock around the Island ,So I took My Gold pan and this is what I found A 1500 thousand year Pre Clovis tool ,It's made of a volcanic rock called Rhyolite.
